I build design teams and the systems that help them scale. Over 17 years, I've led product design across agencies and in-house environments, most recently spending 6+ years at Colgate-Palmolive building their Connected Health design practice from the ground up.
I'm a systems thinker who loves operating at the intersection of business strategy, user research, and hands-on craft. I've worked across health tech, e-commerce, CPG, fintech, and entertainment, always focused on solving real problems and creating experiences that work at scale.
