I led UX & product design for Colgate's hum by Colgate connected oral care ecosystem, designing the companion app experience that increased user retention and engagement through rewards, challenges, and personalized brushing guidance. The app achieved a 4.7+ app store rating and drove measurable improvements in brushing time and coverage.
